POLICY
We have a 30-day return & refund policy (Revised 1st MARCH 2025), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive your refund.
The time frame to cancel the orders is within 90 seconds after placing the order with ₹0 cancellation charge.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in any of your future projects, with assets, and in its original form. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at mybrownbooks@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return email , as well as instructions on how and where to share your details. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund:
1) Contact our MBB customer support team within 30 days of your Editing Pack purchase.
2) Provide your purchase details, identity proof and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
3) Our team will process your refund promptly.
The Terms & Conditions are as follows:-
The Minimum time to ask for MBB refund is after 21 days from the DOP (Date of Purchase), To ensure that the Consumer has used all of the Resources (erf. 130028B)
There can not be any further use of these items by (or from) you (or anyone relating to you, personally or professionally), Otherwise Legal action would be taken (refer to Legal Notice.PDF).
The MBB Refund process required your Digital Receipt, An Identity Proof and Reason for refund.
It might take anywhere between 1-2 hours for your refund to transfer, Once proceeded with the Application of refund.
My Brown Books retains the rights to make the final decision to whether refund, retain or nullify the refund request.
Any Custom Designed, Discounted or Offer Packs are not eligible for return/refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, malicious or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Minimum usage period: Refund requests can only be made after 21 days from the Date of Purchase (DOP) to ensure the resources have been fully explored.
No further usage allowed: After a refund, you (and anyone associated with you) cannot use any of the refunded assets in any personal or professional capacity. Legal action may be taken if found otherwise.
Documents required: Digital purchase receipt, valid ID proof, and refund reason.
Processing time: Refund transfers take 24–48 hours after approval.
Final decision rights: My Brown Books reserves the right to approve, reject, or nullify a refund request.
Non-refundable items: Custom-designed packs, discounted packs, and offer packs are not eligible for refunds.
Reason lock-in: The initial reason for refund will be considered final. Changing the reason during the process may result in request nullification.
Refunds will NOT be applicable in the following cases:
Missing assets/features not listed in the product description.
Lack of compatibility with your editing software.
Inability to use the pack despite provided instructions.
Requests for extra tutorials beyond the included resources.
Access issues due to incorrect email/phone entry or failure to follow provided access instructions.

Important Terms & Conditions:
🔸 The Size of Our Package and The Amount of Invitations would fluctuate heavily between days, Due to constant updates and Removal of older versions.
🔹 The Number of Assets specified in the advertisements are in consideration with future weekly updates to the pack; Not the exact quantity in the base pack.
🔸 The Templates would differ based on their editing software (After Effects, Canva, Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc)
🔹 The 1.8 Tb size refers to the size of whole pack, Not just the templates themselves.
🔸 The Canva Templates are not provided by My Brown Books Pvt Ltd. The Starter kit includes Tips & Tricks to get Canva Templates from the official site itself.
🔸 The Demo videos are supposed to show the kind of videos that can be created using the pack, Not necessarily the exact templates available in it.
🔹These demo files may not be included in the actual purchase/download. The final files included in your pack are listed clearly in the product description.
🔸Purchase of the pack does not entitle the customer to receive any demo file shown unless specifically mentioned.
🔹We strongly encourage customers to review the full list of included items before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a file is included, please contact support before making the purchase.
